Today another customer is in for a bleach retouch. But this time I was curious about why there are times when aluminum foil is used and other cases not. So I asked our professionals, and they explained it's to prevent the bleach from mixing onto the lower layers which will lead to unnecessary
damage, and in certain cases, discoloration of the lower layers. It is really an individual case-by-case when it comes to retouching. Now this is why we pay professionals! This hair immature receptionist honestly thought we required their assistance because we can't see the back of our heads🤣)
