Just wanted to share one scary thing that happened this morning. A new customer messaged us today to confirm an appointment they've booked. But it's the first time we've been contacted by said customer, and of course, we also have no bookings done under that person. After further communication, the customer showed a screenshot of them communicating with a similar number.
What frightened me the most was that the person who owns that similar number blatantly impersonated us and "made an appointment" for the customer, which in the end caused a lot of inconvenience. If it weren't for the customer who contacted us beforehand it would have been even more awkward.. I suspect the person wanted to make fun of the customer who made a mistake and did not bother to correct them.
So please everyone, please make sure you're contacting the correct number before proceeding with any conversation.
You can find our number on the Google business page, or you can contact our stylists directly on their Instagram! (Make sure it's the correct account too.) Just click open the number from there and there are sure to be no mistakes!
