It always amuses me how we never need to look at the clock to know that it is 12 noon. The sound of distant chatter and the clanking of plates comes significantly louder during lunchtime.
But once it reaches about 2 pm it's the peaceful quiet streets again. I kind of like how it shows the human routine, it is surprisingly therapeutic.
